Hello!

You could also try to read books on the subject?
Some authors have written not only about the history of Bharatanatyam (devadasi's, the revival of the 1930's) but also about adavus and the repertoire.
Examples are: Sunil Kothari, Mohan Khokar, Jayalakshmi Eshwar. Ofcourse the style of the adavus depends on your bani/school, but you can always pick up some useful terms. Also, the 'Abhinayadarpana' by Nandikeshvara contains all the mudra's and head/neck/eye movemens. It is said the technique of Bharatanatyam follows the Abhinayadarpana quite strict.

You could try a library, or you can order the books online. (Manohar publishers in New Delhi has a lot of dancing books and the price is really, really ok.)

Another book with only one section about Bharatanatyam but really interesting is Kapila Vatsyayan 'Classical Indian Dance'.

Good luck with finding information!
