The faculty for Dance India Asia Pacific 2015 includes Priyadarsini Govind, Sheejith Krishna, Anjana Anand, Gowri Ramnarayan and other eminent experts of dance and related topics.
With Dance India's intensive course schedule, participants immerse themselves in the world of Indian dance and gain wider perspective on their art through a range of activities.
Dance India Asia Pacific 2015 will offer the following programs:
1. Core Training (Bharatanatyam):
Four (4) days of core training programs for both Intermediate and Advanced levels (June 6 - 9, 2015) and one day of core training for Teachers of Bharatanatyam. (June 10, 2015)
(Teachers of Bharatanatyam are encouraged to consider enrolling for Advanced level session for the first four days and continue on to the One day teachers training session on the 5th Day)
2. Workshops and Lecture Demonstrations
(June 6 & 7, 2015)
(i). Aspects of Laya and Nirtta by Sheejith Krishna
(ii). Abhinaya master class by Priyadarsini Govind
(iii). Rasa Theory in Practice by Anajana Anand
(iv). Creative writing for dancers and choreographers by Gowri Ramnarayan
3. Dance India Asia Pacific Showcase
(June 11 & 12, 2015)
Dance India returns to the Esplanade with two thematic productions by Priyadarsini Govind; Anjana Anand and Sheejith Krishna, representing the next generation of brilliant young artists. Audiences will get an opportunity to enjoy these two performances as they each present interesting thematic works and choreographies over two nights at the Esplanade.

4. Fringe Events
(June 6 - 10, 2015)
In collaboration with Dance India Asia Pacific partners, interesting fringe events will be organised.
