'Ānanda' is an annual series of fundraising events, ideated and presented by AIM for Seva. The series begins with Ānanda 2019 - a three-day extravaganza of music, theatre and dance.

AIM for Seva was founded in 2000 by Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati, a spiritual teacher, philosopher and enabler of social progress. Today, AIM for Seva is present in 16 states with 129 projects, and has touched over 20 million lives through its initiatives in education, healthcare, sustainable living, community development, and care for people with special needs.

Proceeds from Ānanda 2019 will go towards supporting AIM for Seva's projects across India.

The programme for Ānanda 2019 is as listed below:

March 7: 'Chinthaye Guruvaram' by Bombay Jayashri Ramnath: A unique musical repertoire.

March 8: 'Kurukshetra: When Things Fall Apart' by Dr. Gowri Ramnarayan: A look at the forces that impact familial ties, with the theme drawn from the Mahabharata.

March 9: 'A Million Sitas' by Dr. Anita Ratnam: An exploration of the viewpoints of key women in the Ramayana.

All three events will begin at 6:30pm, and will be held at The Music Academy, Chennai.

Donor passes (for Rs. 2,000, Rs. 1,000, Rs. 500 and Rs. 300) can be picked up online
