You will be surprised if you find out about the priority (weight) of different criteria. I was shocked to hear that for the assessment of the "best dancer" award of the VDS Arts Academy in Chennai the dancer's costume/makeup is more important than the dancer's mukhabhinaya!!! The funniest part is that they cannot explain how one costume can be "better" than another. And if the dancer cannot afford an expensive (pure silk) costume with some fancy jewelry...
