to get a title from a sabha, you need to know how to dance a little, pay more "donations" to this sabha, more donations, donations (bribes), observe the etiquette, bow down, kneel, kiss the feet of the VIPs, sing the praises to the sabha's VIP's, etc, and then you need connections, connections.
so:
(a little bit of dancing) x (a lot of donations) x (good connections)
= (you get the title!)
