 Hello Anbarasi,

First of all I have to apologize for my horrible spelling mistakes in my first message...

About the ISTD: they have a faculty for 'South Asian Dance' which includes Bharata Natyam, Kathak and Odissi. The website: http://www.istd.org/southasian/index.html
Currently there is an interesting story about the experience of a young dancer who trained in the UK as well as in India.

Follow the link 'merchandise' on the homepage of the ISTD, then click 'South Asian'. Here you can order the
so called 'Grade examination specification' (I guess this is something different than the syllabus.)
http://www.istd.org/shop/sec-sad.html
This booklet has 43 pages, including resources for students and a glossary. The chapter 'Health and Safety - Warm up and Cool- down gives 25 exercices, stretches, mobilisers to incorporate in your class.

You can copy and paste the links I mentioned, I hope they are of any help.

Kind regards,
irisa
