This is a Kuchupudi Tarangam Song choreographed specially forKerala school / college Youth festival competitions by RLV Anil Kumar. This was very popular few years back and I believe he has released an Audio CD with this song and some other Bharathanatyam and Mohiniyattam songs. "Rasakeli" was the theme used in this Tharangam. What you have seen in the link is the last portion of the song.

Yes, it is a very good song.
