Nexus between "Sponsor" musicians and Teachers

I do not want my message to be lost in the cacophony of insults and counterinsults. These are the facts -

It is the "Sponsor" musicians who are making the chunk of the money. The "sponsored" musicians from India get paid better than what they would make back home. Yet, it is the sponsors who are enjoying the big cut. They then share this booty with the teachers.

The teachers who wish to keep their images clean make a charade of getting the parents to negotiate with the musicians themselves. The parents pay the musicians who then kick back a certain amount to the teacher. I am saying this from personal experience.

This practice can stop if parents start negotiating hard with the musicians and refuse to employ them unless they bring their price down. Also, teachers who indulge in these practices should be made aware that their unethical actions are costing the art.
